Spacious Developments Ltd., found in 2004, renamed as Spacious Construction Corporation, a licensed Builder with HPO 2-5-10 year home warranty, operated by Jack Chen, Director, Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Professional Engineer and Professional Quantity Surveyor, with over 18 years local construction and project management experience, have successfully delivered two 21 units townhouse projects，infrastructure and three Canada Line stations to the occupants.

SCC specializes in the construction of infrastructure, industrial and commercial, institutional and hospital projects as well as real estate developments. We also provide cost consulting and project management services.

We provide a full service to our clients from the design stage to final occupancy. All our new residential construction includes the 2-5-10 year warranty backed by WBI Home Warranty.
