Vice President, has been working in the design and engineering industry for 15+ years. He has extensive experience in all levels of institutional, commercial and residential design and construction. Byron is a postgraduate of Industrial Engineering at University of Toronto and Bachelor of civil engineering at the UBC. As a design project manager , he is extremely goal oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills, and is committed to producing results and meeting schedules above and beyond what is expected.

Project Manager, is a professionally registered Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineer with more than 20 years of practical experience in design and management of engineering projects. His experience includes geotechnical investigations, site characterization, slope stability analysis for static and dynamic loads, seepage analysis, seismic site specific ground response analysis, liquefaction assessment, deformation and settlement assessment, geotechnical design of embankment dams, design of mechanical stabilized retaining walls, excavation and shoring design, shallow and deep foundation design, geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring, structural analysis and design for static and dynamic loads.

Professional qualification: B.Eng. Education: Civil Engineering 40 years in the construction industry including several townhouse projects in the last 10 years. Being fully responsible for the construction management, health and safety, marketing and sale, coordinating with trades people, consultants and inspectors.

Project Manager, P.Eng., he has 12 years’ experience in construction management with projects including residential townhouse, commercial and industrial buildings of concrete/steel/wood structure, he holds Postgraduate Diploma in Structural Engineering, he is also a Licensed Project Management Professional (PMP), his strong problem solving skills and professional knowledge ensure that construction activities meet schedules and BC building codes.
